Health Seminars

Starting in January 2012 Evolution Health & Fitness will be running a series of one hour seminars on fitness training and nutrition for both members and non-members.  Held at Perins School the seminars will cover some of the key subjects around fitness training and common health issues.  The table below list the first topics addressed, to be shortly followed by Lower Back Pain Management and How to Sleep Better.

Each seminar will include a 15 minute question and answer session and tea and coffee will be provided.

Evolution seminars are free for Gold members, cost £2.50 for Silver and Classes Only members, and £5.00 for non-members.  Places are limited so booking is essential.  To book please download and complete the Health Seminar Booking Form.

What to Eat and Why Tuesday 21 February 2012, 7 to 8 pm Learn about the human digestive system and how our eating habits have evolved. Know historically about what foods we should be eating and why we’ve changed our eating habits. Make educated choices for you and your family’s future.
How to Maximise your Workouts Tuesday 6 March 2012, 7 to 8 pm Find out the secrets of training from fitness professionals and learn what are the most beneficial exercises and training techniques, whatever your goals.
