BODYCOMBAT is a high energy class, designed to use non contact punches and kicks to give you a full body workout whilst releasing stress. Inspired by martial arts, this session allows you to learn moves from and broad range of disciplines, including Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

Working all areas of your body and developing your core, these exercises will allow you to improve your agility, balance and coordination in a fun and fast paced atmosphere, whilst burning calories at an impressive rate. We look forward to welcoming you to this brand new session!
