All fitness classes are run on a drop-in basis so there is no need to book but priority will be given to members, if necessary.
Please note that during April there will be essential maintenance taking place at the gym. Due to general use of the gym floor over the years, the underlying screed on the flooring is needing to be completely resurfaced in the weights and stretching area. This work will take place during the Easter Holidays from Friday 7th to Thursday 27th April. To ensure that we causes minimal disruption to members, we are planning to keep the gym open as much as possible, however there will be occasions where the gym will be closed.
