Legs, Bums & Tums targets the common problem areas, incorporating a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunges, stretches and exercises for the legs, thighs, buttocks and stomach.

Our LB&T classes are  a full body aerobic workout building in a whole series of exercises aimed at specifically toning up your legs, bum and tum. These are notoriously the worst parts of your body when it comes to shifting fat, so by targeting them one after the other you’re tacking all three key problem areas in one fun-packed but very effective class. You’ll start with a warm up, then finish with a stretch and cool down and in between the instructor will take you through a variety of different exercises. There’ll be crunches for your tum, lunges, air cycling and more for your legs and plenty of squats for your bum. By the time it’s over you’ll be sweating and breathless, but with a big smile on your face too. Yes, there is a fair bit of effort involved, but it’s all worth it.
