If you are looking for hard core fitness - you're in the right place!

Circuits XL is an extreme cardiovascular, endurance class designed to increase speed, strength and stamina.

Following a warm-up period you will “circuit” a range of different exercises, from press-up and step-ups to shuttle runs and star-jumps, for short durations before moving onto the next.

This class is not for the faint-hearted so be prepared to work hard and don’t forget to bring a water bottle!
