Patchwork operates a Key Worker approach for all children with each member of staff being responsible for a particular group of children. Your child’s Key Worker will work with you to make sure what we provide is right for your child’s particular needs and interests.
When your child first starts at Patchwork the Key Worker will help them to benefit from the activities on offer. They will also be responsible for recording your child’s progress and development through written observations, individual play plans and assessments which will be shared with you.
